View and Manage Import History
Import history allows users to track data uploads, manage records, and troubleshoot any errors that occur during imports. Follow the steps below to view and manage your import records:
Step-by-Step Guide:

Access the Settings:
- Click on your Profile Name located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Navigate to Import History:
- In the Settings section, go to Data Management.
- Select Import History from the available options.

View Import Records:
- On the Import History page, you'll see a list of import records along with the following details:
- List Name: The name of the list into which records were imported.
- Records Created, Updated, Skipped, Errored: These fields show the number of records that were successfully created, updated, skipped, or errored during the import process.
- Imported By: Displays the name of the user who initiated the import.
- Date: Shows the date when the import was done.
- Status: Displays the status of the import (e.g., Completed, Failed).
- On the Import History page, you'll see a list of import records along with the following details:

Download Skipped or Errored Records:
- For skipped or errored records, you can download detailed logs by clicking the Download icon beside those entries. (Note: There is no download option for records created or updated).

Search for a Specific Import:
- To find a specific import record, click on the Search button.
- Enter the name of a specific marketing list to filter the import history.
