How to Search Boards by Name & Sort Boards

The File Manager in Wabo.ai helps you organize and manage boards efficiently. You can quickly locate specific boards using the search feature and arrange boards using sorting options such as Name or Date.

This article explains how to search boards by name and sort boards using the available controls.

Search Boards by Name

The search option allows you to quickly find a board without scrolling through the entire list.

Steps to Search Boards

  1. Navigate to Manage Assets from the left-side menu.

  2. Locate the Search input field at the top of the page.

  3. Click inside the search bar and enter the board name (or part of the name).

  4. The board list updates instantly to show matching results.

  5. To return to the full board list, clear the text from the search field.

Note:
Search works in real time and filters boards based on the entered keyword.

Sort Boards Using Sort By Option

Sorting helps you organize boards based on your preference.

Sort Boards by Name

  1. On the Manage Assets page, locate the Sort By dropdown.

  2. Click on Sort By.

  3. Select Name from the list.

  4. All boards are now sorted alphabetically by board name.

Sort Boards by Date

  1. Click on the Sort By dropdown again.

  2. Select Date.

  3. All boards are now sorted based on their creation or update date.

Available Sorting Options

  • Name – Sorts boards alphabetically

  • Date – Sorts boards based on timeline (recent or older)

Sorting applies immediately and does not require a page refresh.

Helpful Tips

  • Use Search when you know the board name.

  • Use Sort by Name to maintain an organized alphabetical view.

  • Use Sort by Date to quickly access recently created or updated boards.
