How to Rename or Delete Boards

Boards in Wabo.ai File Manager help you organize files such as images, videos, and documents. This article explains how to rename or delete a board safely and correctly.

Rename a Board in File Manager

Follow these steps to rename an existing board:

1. Log in to your Wabo.ai account.

2. Navigate to Manage Assets from the left-hand menu.

3. Locate the board you want to rename.

4. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the selected board.

5. Select Rename from the dropdown options.

6. Enter the new name for the board in the rename field.

7. Click Save to confirm the change.

8. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the board has been renamed successfully.

Delete a Board in File Manager

⚠️ Important: A board can only be deleted after all files inside it are removed.

To delete a board, follow these steps:

1. Go to Manage Assets in Wabo.ai.

2. Open the board you want to delete.

3. Ensure all files inside the board are deleted first.

4. Once the board is empty, click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the board name.

5. Select Delete.

6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

7. You will see a confirmation message stating that the board has been deleted successfully.

Key Notes to Remember

• Boards cannot be deleted if they contain files.

• Renaming a board does not affect the files stored inside it.

• Deleted boards cannot be restored, so ensure the action is intentional.

• Only users with appropriate permissions can rename or delete boards.
