How to Manage Files in File Manager (Download, Copy URL, Move & Delete)

The File Manager in Wabo.ai helps you store, reuse, and organize files such as images, documents, and videos across your workspace. This guide explains how to download a file, copy its URL, move it to another board, and delete it.

✅ Before You Begin

• Make sure you are logged in to your Wabo.ai account.

• Files are stored inside Boards under Manage Assets.

🔽 Download a File from a Board

1. Go to Manage Assets from the left sidebar.

2. Open the board where your file is stored (for example, New Test Board).

3. Locate the file you want to download.

4. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon under the Action column.

5. Select Download.

6. The file will be downloaded to your device.

🔗 Copy File URL

1. In the same board, click the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the file.

2. Select Copy URL.

3. The file URL is copied to your clipboard.

4. You can now use this URL anywhere within the Wabo.ai ecosystem (bots, messages, flows, etc.).

📁 Move a File to Another Board

1. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the file.

2. Select Move.

3. In the pop-up, click Select destination folder.

4. Choose the board where you want to move the file (for example, Testing_shiva).

5. Click Transfer File.

6. The file is successfully moved to the selected board.

🗑️ Delete a File from a Board

1. Navigate to the destination board where the file exists.

2. Click on the file name to view it.

3. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon under the Action column.

4. Select Delete.

5. Click Delete again to confirm.

6. The file is permanently removed from the board.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Deleted files cannot be recovered.

• Moving a file does not create a copy — it transfers the file to another board.

• Copied file URLs remain valid unless the file is deleted.
