How to Create a Board in File Manager

Boards in File Manager help you organise and manage your files efficiently. You can store images, documents, and other assets in boards and reuse them anytime across chats, bots, broadcasts, and automations.

Steps to Create a Board

  1. Log in to Wabo.ai
    Sign in to your Wabo.ai account.

  2. Open File Manager
    From the left-hand sidebar, click the More (β‹―) icon, then select File Manager.

  3. Access Manage Assets
    The Manage Assets screen opens, where all your uploaded files and boards are managed.

  4. Create a New Board
    Click on Create Board.

  5. Enter Board Name
    Type a name for your board (for example, New Test Board).

  6. Save the Board
    Click Save to create the board.

  7. Open the Board
    Click on the newly created board to open it.

  8. Upload Files
    You can now upload and manage files inside this board.

  9. Done πŸš€
    Your board is successfully created and ready to use.
