Track expenses

 

Tracking your expenses in Wabo helps you maintain transparency and control over your spending on various campaigns and services. This feature ensures you stay within budget and monitor your account usage effectively.

To track your expenses in Wabo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile:

    • Click on your Profile located at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Access Subscription:

    • Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
  3. Move to Track Expenses:

    • Navigate to the Track Expenses section.
  4. View Total Cost Summary:

    • In this section, you can view the Total Cost Summary with the following details:
      • Date: When the expense occurred. You can also filter expenses by selecting the date button above and adding start to end date. 
      • Description: The nature or reason for the expense.
      • Cost: The amount spent.
      • Action: Any available actions or follow-up related to the expense.

By regularly tracking your expenses, you can keep tabs on where your funds are going and manage your campaigns more efficiently.
