How to Upload Files in File Manager

The File Manager in Wabo.ai allows you to upload, store, and reuse files such as images, videos, and documents across chats, chatbots, broadcasts, and automations. Files are organised inside Boards for easy access and management.

Steps to Upload Files

1. Log in to Wabo.ai
   Sign in to your Wabo.ai account.

2. Open File Manager
   From the left-hand sidebar, click the More (⋯) icon and select File Manager.

3. Open a Board
   Click on the board where you want to upload files (for example, New Test Board).

4. Upload Files
   Click the Upload icon inside the board.

5. Select Files
   Click “Drop files here” or browse your device to select the file(s) you want to upload.

6. Save Files
   Click Save to upload the selected file(s) to the board.

7. Upload More Files (Optional)
   To upload additional files, click “Drop files here” again or close the upload window once done.

8. Upload Completed
   All uploaded files will now appear inside the selected board.

9. Done 🚀

Supported File Formats & Size Limit

Each file uploaded to File Manager must be 20 MB or less, regardless of file type.
