Edit/Update Contact Details
This function enables users to modify existing information for a contact, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant data. Keeping contact details accurate and up-to-date is essential for effective communication and ensures that interactions are based on the most current information.
How to Edit Contact Details
Access the Contact
Log in to Wabo.ai.
Click on the Contacts module from the sidebar.
The Contacts page will open with the list of all contacts.
Click on the contact you want to edit (for example, Paridhi Agarwal).
The selected contactβs profile page will open.
Update Contact Information
Open the Contact Information section.
Click on any field you want to update (for example, Email).
Make the required changes.
Click Save to update the contact details.
Edit Social & Web Section Details (Optional)
Open the Social Media Information section to update social details if required.
Open the Web Analytics Information section to edit website-related data if required.
Update Lifecycle Stage
Click the Edit (βοΈ) icon in the Lifecycle Stage section.
Select the required Lifecycle Stage (for example, Sales Qualified Lead).
Choose the Lifecycle Status (for example, Interested).
Click Save to apply the changes.
Manage Activities
Click on the Activities tab.
Open Tasks.
Click Create Task, enter the task details, and click Save.
Add or Edit Notes
Click on the Notes tab.
Click Add Note to create a new note.
If required, click the Edit icon to update an existing note.
Click Save / Update to store the note.
Upload Files
Click on the Files tab.
Click Add Files.
Drag and drop files from your local device or browse to upload.
Click Save to upload the files.

Your contact information, lifecycle stage, activities, notes, and files are now successfully updated. Keeping contact details updated helps ensure accurate tracking, better engagement, and smoother follow-ups across your team.
