Create a New View

Views in Wabo.ai allow you to organise contacts using custom filters and control who can access and manage those views. You can create views to segment contacts and share them with specific users or the entire team.

How to Create a New View

Step 1: Log in to Wabo.ai

Sign in to your Wabo.ai account.

Step 2: Open the Contacts Module

Click on Contacts Module.

Step 3: Create a New View

Click on the plus (+) icon and select Create New View.

Step 4: Open the Newly Created View

A new view is created with the name Untitled by default.
Click on the view to open it.

Step 5: Rename the View

Click on Rename View, enter a suitable name, and continue.


Manage View Sharing & Access

Step 6: Choose Who Can Access the View

Click on Share with and select one of the following options:

  • Just me – Only you can see the view

  • Everyone – All users in the account can access the view

  • Selected users – Only specific user(s) can access the view

Step 7: Set Access Level

Choose the access level:

  • Can view – Users can only view the contacts

  • Can view and edit – Users can view and edit contacts in the view

Click Update to save the changes.

Step 8: Share with Selected Users (Optional)

If you choose Selected users, select one or more users and assign the appropriate access level.
Click Update to apply the settings.


Close or Delete a View

  • Close View – Exits the view without deleting it

  • Delete View – Permanently removes the view from the system

Result

Your custom view is now created and shared according to your settings, helping you manage and collaborate on contacts more efficiently.
