Track the Approval Status of a WhatsApp Template

After submitting a template for WhatsApp’s approval in Wabo.ai, you can easily track its status to know if it's been approved, rejected, or is still pending. Here's how you can do it:

1. Go to the Template Module

   • Log in to your Wabo.ai account.

   • Navigate to the Template module, where all your templates are listed.

2. Check the Status Column

   • In the Template List, you will see a status column next to each template.

   • The status can be one of the following:

     • Pending: The template is under review by WhatsApp.

     • Approved: The template has been approved and is ready to use.

     • Rejected: The template was not approved, along with a reason for rejection.

By regularly checking the status column in the Template module, you can stay updated on your template’s approval process and take necessary actions based on the outcome.
