Save and Publish a Completed WhatsApp Flow

To save and publish a WhatsApp Flow, follow these steps after creating or editing a flow. Make sure everything is configured correctly before publishing as published flows cannot be edited.

Steps to Save and Publish a WhatsApp Flow:

1. Go to the WhatsApp Flow Module

   • Navigate to the WhatsApp Flow section from the main menu.

2. Create or Edit a Flow

   • Either create a new flow or edit an existing one by selecting it from the list.

3. Review All Steps

   • Go through your flow carefully, ensuring that all form fields, connections, and any conditional logic are properly set up and functioning as expected.

4. Save the Flow

   • Once you've reviewed everything, click on the Save button to store your flow.

5. Publish the Flow

   • After saving, click on the Publish button to make the flow live and active for users.

Note:

• Once a flow is published, it cannot be edited. If changes are needed later, you will have to create a new flow or deprecate the existing one.
