Preview a WhatsApp Flow

Previewing a WhatsApp Flow allows you to visually verify each screen, user input, and navigation before publishing the flow. This helps ensure the flow behaves exactly as intended for end users.

How to Preview a WhatsApp Flow

1. Log in to your Wabo.ai account.

2. From the left sidebar, navigate to WhatsApp Flow.

3. Locate the flow you want to preview from the list.

4. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon under the Action column.

5. Select Preview from the dropdown.

6. Click on Preview Flow to open the flow preview panel.

7. Click on the “Sign Up” screen to view the first screen.

8. Click on the “Thank You” screen to view the next screen.

9. Scroll down to review the complete screen layout and content.

10. Click the Refresh icon to reload the preview if required.

11. The WhatsApp Flow preview is now complete. 🚀

What Happens in Preview Mode?

• You can switch between screens to verify navigation.

• All UI elements (fields, buttons, text) are shown as end users will see them.

• No real messages are sent during preview.

Next Steps

• If everything looks correct, proceed to publish the flow.

• If changes are needed, exit preview mode and edit the flow before publishing.
