View the Details of a Specific Automation Journey

You can view the details of a specific automation journey to understand its configuration and status. This helps you keep track of your campaigns effectively.

Steps to View the Details of a Specific Automation Journey:

1. Navigate to the Automation Module:

   • Go to the Automation Module from the left sidebar.

2. View the List of Automation Journeys:

   • The Automation Journey log page will display all your automation journeys.

3. Select the Specific Journey:

   • Click on the journey for which you want to view the details.

4. Details Available:

   • You can find the following information:

     • Template Name: Name of the automation journey

     • Created On: Date and time when the journey was created

     • Modified Date: Last date & time when changes were made

     • Publish Date: Date & Time when the journey was published

     • Updated By: User who last modified the journey

     • Status: Shows whether the automation is active or inactive

     • Actions: Options to edit or delete the automation
