View and Manage Export History
Export history helps users track and manage data exports from the platform, such as contact lists, broadcast logs, and more. Follow these steps to view and download exported records.
Step-by-Step Guide:

Access the Settings:
- Click on your Profile Name located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Navigate to Export History:
- In the Settings section, go to Data Management.
- Select Export History from the available options.

View Export Records:
- On the Export History page, you can see all exported records along with these details:
- Initiated By: Shows who initiated the export.
- Initiated At: Displays the date and time when the export was started.
- Type: Indicates the type of export, such as Broadcast: WhatsApp Logs, Marketing List, or Contact.
- Status: Displays whether the export is Completed or Failed.
- On the Export History page, you can see all exported records along with these details:

Download Exported Records:
- To download a specific export, find the record you want to download.
- Click on the Download icon next to that record.
This feature allows you to track and manage all your export operations efficiently, ensuring access to important data whenever required.
