  1. Log in to Wabo.ai
    Access your dashboard using your account credentials.

  2. Open the Inbox Module
    From the left-hand menu, click on Inbox to view all active conversations.

  3. Select a Chat Conversation
    Click on any chat—either already assigned to you or available—to open the conversation window.

  4. Click on “Send Template”
    At the top of the chat window, click the Send Template button.
    This opens the list of pre-approved WhatsApp templates.

  5. Choose a Template
    Select the template you want to send.
    (If your template has variables, Wabo.ai will prompt you to fill them before sending.)

  6. Click “Continue”
    Confirm your selection to send the chosen template.

  7. View Sent Template in Chat
