Edit/Delete Quick Replies

Quick replies in Wabo are customizable. You can easily edit or delete them as needed, ensuring that your predefined responses remain up-to-date and relevant.

Steps to Edit/Delete Quick Replies:

1. Go to Your Profile

   • Click on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Access Settings

   • From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

3. Navigate to Chat Settings

   • In the settings menu, click on Chat Settings.

4. Click on Quick Replies

   • Select the Quick Replies option to view the list of existing quick replies.

5. To Edit a Quick Reply

   • Locate the quick reply you want to edit.
   • Click the Pen icon next to the quick reply.
   • Modify the Short Code or the Response, then click Save to update it.

6. To Delete a Quick Reply

   • Find the quick reply you want to remove.
   • Click the Bin icon beside the quick reply.
   • Confirm the deletion if prompted.

By editing or deleting outdated quick replies, you ensure your agents use accurate and efficient responses in their conversations.
