Edit/Delete Quick Replies
Quick replies in Wabo are customizable. You can easily edit or delete them as needed, ensuring that your predefined responses remain up-to-date and relevant.
Steps to Edit/Delete Quick Replies:

Go to Your Profile
- Click on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

Access Settings
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
 
 - 
Navigate to Chat Settings
- In the settings menu, click on Chat Settings.
 
 - 
Click on Quick Replies
- Select the Quick Replies option to view the list of existing quick replies.
 
 - 
To Edit a Quick Reply
- Locate the quick reply you want to edit.
 - Click the Pen icon next to the quick reply.
 - Modify the Short Code or the Response, then click Save to update it.

To Delete a Quick Reply
- Find the quick reply you want to remove.
 - Click the Bin icon beside the quick reply.
 - Confirm the deletion if prompted.
