Contact Communication Stats help you understand how a contact has interacted with your WhatsApp communications. This includes messages sent, delivered, seen, replied to, or failed—allowing you to track engagement and improve follow-up strategies.
What Are Contact Communication Stats?
Communication Stats provide a summary of WhatsApp interactions for a specific contact, such as:
Number of WhatsApp messages sent
Messages successfully delivered
Messages seen by the contact
Replies received
Failed message attempts
This data helps teams assess response behavior and communication effectiveness at a contact level.
How to Check Contact Communication Stats in Wabo.ai
Follow these steps to view communication stats for any contact:
Step 1: Log in to Wabo.ai
Sign in to your Wabo.ai account.
Step 2: Open the Contacts Module
From the left-hand sidebar, click on Contacts.
Step 3: Select a Contact
From the contact list, click on the contact whose communication stats you want to view.
Step 4: Open Communication Stats
On the contact details page, click on the Communication Stats section.
Step 5: Review WhatsApp Summary
You will see a WhatsApp Summary displaying:
WhatsApp Sent – Total messages sent to the contact
WhatsApp Delivered – Messages successfully delivered
WhatsApp Seen – Messages viewed by the contact
WhatsApp Replied – Replies received from the contact
WhatsApp Failed – Messages that failed to deliver
