Bulk Add Contacts to a Marketing List

Marketing Lists help you group contacts for targeted campaigns and broadcasts. Using the bulk add option, you can quickly add multiple contacts to a Marketing List in just a few clicks.

Steps to Bulk Add Contacts to a Marketing List

1. Log in to Wabo.ai
   Access your Wabo.ai dashboard using your credentials.

2. Go to the Contacts Module
   Click on Contacts Module

3. Select Contacts
   Use the checkbox next to each contact to select the contacts you want to add to a Marketing List.

   • You can select multiple contacts

   • You can also use Select All if required

4. Click on “Add to List”
   From the top action bar, click on Add to List.

5. Choose a Marketing List
   A popup will appear showing available Marketing Lists.
   Select the list you want to add the contacts to (for example, “Delhi”).

6. Confirm the Action
   Click on Add to List to confirm.

7. Contacts Added Successfully
   The selected contacts will now be added to the chosen Marketing List.

8. Verify the Marketing List (Optional)

   • Go to Marketing List from the sidebar

   • Search for the list (for example, Delhi)

   • Open the list to view the newly added contacts
