How to View Broadcast Analytics and Logs in Wabo.ai
Log in to Wabo.ai.
From the left sidebar, go to Broadcasts.
Use the search bar to find the required broadcast by name.
Click on the broadcast (e.g., Sample Broadcast) to open its details.
View Broadcast Analytics (Overview)
The Overview tab displays key statistics such as:
Uploaded Recipients- Total number of contacts selected or uploaded for the broadcast.
Sent to Meta- Number of messages successfully submitted from Wabo.ai to Meta (WhatsApp).
Delivered Count- Number of messages that were successfully delivered to recipientsβ WhatsApp inboxes.
Read Count- Number of delivered messages that were opened/read by recipients.
Replied Count- Number of recipients who replied to the broadcast message.
Failed Count- Number of messages that could not be delivered due to errors (e.g., invalid number, frequency capping).
View performance rates including Delivered Rate, Successful Rate, Seen Rate, Replied Rate, and Failure Rate.
Hover over the info icon (β) to understand what each metric represents.
Use the download option to export charts as PNG or SVG, if required.
View Broadcast Logs
Switch to the Logs tab to see message-level details.
The logs show Mobile Number, Sent Status, Delivered, Read, Failed, Replied, Amount, Refund Status, and Source.
Scroll horizontally to view all available columns, including the Source.
Filter Logs by Date
Click the date filter icon.
Choose a predefined range such as Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days.
Select Custom to define a specific start and end date.
Click Apply to refresh the log data.
Export Broadcast Logs
Click Export to download broadcast logs from the Export History page, if required.

Analyze delivery and read rates to improve message timing and content.
Review failed messages to identify issues like frequency capping or invalid numbers.
Use reply data to measure engagement and refine targeting for future broadcasts.
Export logs regularly for reporting and internal analysis.
