Schedule a Broadcast

Scheduling a broadcast allows you to plan and send messages to multiple contacts at a specified date and time. This feature is useful for reaching your audience at optimal times, ensuring better engagement with your messages.

How to Schedule a Broadcast for a Future Time in Wabo.ai?

To schedule a broadcast to be sent at a specific future date and time, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Broadcasting Module

2. Create a New Broadcast

Click the Create Broadcast button at the top of the page to start a new broadcast.

3. Enter Broadcast Details

Enter Broadcast Name: Provide a name for the broadcast for internal reference.
Select a Template: Choose the message template you want to use.
Preview the Template: Ensure everything looks correct before proceeding.
Once satisfied, click Continue.

4. Select the Marketing List

Choose the Marketing List with the contacts you want to send the broadcast to and click Continue.

5. Review the Cost

The system will display the estimated cost of the broadcast based on the number of recipients. Review this information, and if everything is correct, click Confirm.

6. Schedule the Broadcast

After confirming the details, you will be given two options:
- Broadcast Now: Sends the message immediately.
- Schedule for Later: Select this option to schedule your broadcast.
When you choose Schedule for Later, you'll be prompted to:
- Set the Date and Time: Enter the specific date and time you want the broadcast to be sent.
- Click Save to confirm your scheduling.

You can now successfully schedule a broadcast a campaign.
