Choose Your Audience for a Broadcast

Selecting the right audience for your broadcast is crucial for targeting the correct recipients. In Wabo.ai, you can choose your audience based on pre-defined contact lists.

How to Choose Your Audience for a Broadcast in Wabo.ai?

• Access the Broadcasting Module

  • Log in to your Wabo.ai account.

  • Navigate to the Broadcasting module from the main dashboard.

• Create a New Broadcast

  • Click on the Create Broadcast button at the top of the page to start a new campaign.

•  Enter Broadcast Details

  • Enter Broadcast Name: Provide a name for the broadcast.

  • Select a Template: Choose the message template that you wish to send to your audience.

  • Click Continue to proceed to audience selection.

• Select the Marketing List (Audience)

  • After entering the broadcast details, you'll be prompted to select your audience.

  • Choose the Marketing List that contains the contacts you want to send the broadcast to.

    • A Marketing List is a group of contacts that you have pre-sorted for marketing purposes. You can either select an existing list or create a new one before launching your broadcast.

 

• Confirm Audience Selection

  • Once you've selected the desired list, click Continue to move forward with the broadcast setup.
