Answered and Unanswered Queries

Answered queries are those successfully handled by the bot with a proper response, while unanswered queries are those the bot couldn't understand or respond to. Tracking both helps improve bot performance and refine responses. 

Steps to View Answered and Unanswered Queries in Bot:

To check the list of answered and unanswered queries in Wabo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bot Builder:

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

  2. Go to Bot Knowledge Section:

    • In the Bot Builder, click on the Bot Knowledge section.

  3. Click on User Queries:

    • Select the User Queries option.

    • On this page, you will see a list of all answered and unanswered queries.

This feature helps you track how well your bot is responding to users and identify areas that need further attention or new knowledge base entries.
