What are FAQs?

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are common questions users ask, and you can set up your bot to respond to these questions automatically.

Steps to Add FAQs in Wabo:

  1. Go to Bot Builder:

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

  2. Go to Bot Knowledge Section:

    • In the Bot Builder, click on the Bot Knowledge section.

  3. Add an FAQ:

    • In the Bot Knowledge section, click on FAQ and then the Add FAQ button.

  4. Write the FAQ Question:

    • Enter the question that users may ask.

  1. Add a Response:

    • Provide the answer to the FAQ question, which the bot will use to respond.

  2. Link to a Flow (Optional):

    • If you prefer, you can link the FAQ question to a specific flow rather than providing a direct answer.

  3. Add Question Variations:

    • To cover different ways users might ask the same question, click on Add Variation and input variations of the FAQ question.

  4. Save the FAQ:

    • Once you've added the question, answer, and any variations, click Save to store the FAQ.

By setting up FAQs, you enhance the bot's ability to automatically answer common user queries.
