Apply Filters to Answered Queries

Filters can be applied to view specific answered queries based on criteria such as date, keyword, or response type. This helps in analyzing bot performance for specific query types or time periods. 

Steps to Apply Filters to Answered Queries in Wabo-

To filter answered queries in Wabo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bot Builder:

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

  2. Go to Bot Knowledge Section:

    • Click on the Bot Knowledge section.

  3. Click on User Queries:

    • In the User Queries section, you will see all answered queries listed.

  4. Apply Filters:

    • Click on the Filter Icon located beside the search option.

    • You can filter the queries based on the following:

      • Added to FAQ: Filter by whether the query is added to the FAQ (Yes/No).

      • Answer Source: Filter by the source of the answer (Smart AI or FAQ Database).

This helps you categorize and review answered queries more effectively, improving your bot's performance and knowledge base management.
