Edit or Delete FAQs

This feature allows you to modify or remove frequently asked questions (FAQs) in your system. Editing FAQs ensures that the information remains current and accurate, while deleting outdated or irrelevant FAQs helps streamline the user experience and maintain a relevant knowledge base.

Steps to Edit or Delete FAQs in Wabo-

If you need to modify or remove an FAQ, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bot Builder:

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

  2. Go to Bot Knowledge Section:

    • Click on the Bot Knowledge section within the Bot Builder.

  3. Click on FAQ:

    • In the Bot Knowledge section, select FAQ to see the list of added FAQs.

  4. Edit an FAQ:

    • Click on the Edit icon next to the FAQ you wish to modify.

    • Here, you can:

      1. Add, edit, or delete variations of the question.

      2. Edit the response provided by the bot.

      3. Change or update the link to a flow if the FAQ is connected to a flow.

  5. Save Changes:

    • After editing, click Save to apply the changes.

  6. Delete an FAQ (Optional):

    • To delete an FAQ entirely, you can find and use the delete option during editing.

This process allows you to keep your bot's FAQ section up to date with the latest information.
