What is WhatsApp Flow?

WhatsApp Flow in Wabo is a feature that allows you to create and manage forms for WhatsApp interactions. It enables seamless collection of user information and responses through structured flow, enhancing customer engagement and data collection.

Where to Use WhatsApp Flow in Wabo?

WhatsApp Flows can be integrated into both Bot Builder and Broadcasts to create seamless user interactions.

In Bot Builder

• • Go to the Bot Builder module.
  • In the flow builder section, you can add WhatsApp Flow to any specific bot flow.
  • Select a flow node and choose WhatsApp Flow.
  • Add a Header, Body, Footer, and connect the Quick Reply Button with any published WhatsApp Flow.
    Note: Only published flows can be connected to bot flows.

In Broadcasts

• • Go to the Template module.
  • Click on Create Template, add template name, category, language.
  • In the button section, select Flow and connect the template with a specific WhatsApp Flow.
  • Add a button name and save the template.
  • Note: Only published flows can be connected to templates.

This feature allows you to enhance both bots and broadcast messages with interactive WhatsApp flows for a better user experience.
