What is WhatsApp Flow?

WhatsApp Flow is a feature within the Bot Builder module that allows you to create structured messages for your WhatsApp bot. It enables you to design interactive messages that can include a header, body, footer, and quick reply buttons, enhancing user engagement and streamlining communication.

Steps to Use WhatsApp Flow in the Bot Builder:

1. Access Bot Builder

• Go to the Bot Builder module from your dashboard.

2. Open Flow Builder

• Navigate to the Flow Builder section to add or edit a bot flow.

3. Add a New Node

• Click the + button to add a new node where you’ll integrate the WhatsApp Flow.

4. Configure WhatsApp Flow

• Header: Choose Text, Image, Video, or Document for the header.
• Body: Add the main content.
• Footer: Optionally, add a footer message.

5. Add Quick Reply Button

• Connect the Quick Reply Button to a published WhatsApp Flow.

6. Save the Flow

• The flow will save automatically as you make changes.

Integrating WhatsApp Flow into your bot creates an interactive and engaging experience by guiding users through structured conversations.
