Create WhatsApp Flow

A WhatsApp Flow is an interactive form that guides users through a sequence of actions, questions, or responses within a WhatsApp conversation. It is commonly used for processes like signing up, collecting feedback, or conducting surveys. Creating a WhatsApp Flow helps automate and streamline interactions with users, making it easier to manage responses and capture data.

Steps to Create a New WhatsApp Flow:

   1. Go to WhatsApp Flow Module

      • Navigate to the WhatsApp Flow section from the main menu.

   2. Click on "Create Flow"

      • Look for the Create Flow button and click on it to begin the flow creation process.

   3. Enter the Flow Name

      • In the prompt, enter a unique and descriptive name for your flow.

   4. Select a Category

      • From the drop-down menu, select a category for your flow (e.g., Sign In, Sign Up, Survey, Other).

   5. Choose a Template (Optional)

      • In the Template without Endpoint section, select a radio button for a default template (e.g., Default, Register for an Event, Get Feedback, etc.).
      • You can preview the flow on the right side by selecting the "Without Endpoint" option. Just click on the Preview Flow button in the template preview box to see how the flow will appear.

   6. Click on "Create"

      • Once you’ve entered the necessary details, click on the Create button to generate your new WhatsApp flow.
