Set Up Fallback Messages
Fallback messages are pre-configured responses the bot sends when it doesn’t understand a user’s query. They are used to guide users back to the correct flow, ask for clarification, or provide alternative options, ensuring smooth interactions even in cases of misunderstanding.
Steps to Set Up Fallback Messages for When a Bot Doesn’t Understand a Query-
Follow these steps to configure fallback messages in Wabo when the bot cannot understand a user query:

Go to Bot Builder:

On the left-hand side, Access the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

Navigate to Configure Section:

In the Bot Builder, find the Configure section.

Open General Settings:

In the Configure section, click on General Settings.

Click on Auto Replies:

Locate the Auto Replies option, where you can set up fallback messages.

Add Fallback Message:

Enter a message that will be shown to users when the bot doesn’t understand the query (e.g., "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that. Can you please rephrase?").

Save the Settings:

After adding the fallback message, click Save to apply the changes.
