What is Smart AI?

Smart AI in Wabo allows you to create an engaging knowledge base for your bot by automatically gathering data from different sources like websites, sitemaps, documents, and text. 

Steps to Use Smart AI:

1. Go to Bot Builder:

   • On the left-hand side, navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

2. Select Bot Knowledge Section:

   • Click on the Bot Knowledge section and select Smart AI.

Smart AI Options:

1. Website Crawling:

   • Click on the Website option and select Crawl URL.

   • Enter the URL of your website and click Next.

   • The bot will crawl your website and turn it into a knowledge base that can interact with users by providing relevant responses.

2. Sitemap Crawling:

   • Select the Sitemap option and click on Crawl Sitemap.

   • Enter the URL of your website's sitemap and click Save.

   • The sitemap will be crawled to extract knowledge for the bot to use in responses.

3. Document Upload:

   • Choose the Document option and upload files in .PDF, .DOCX, or .TXT format.

   • The bot will convert the document content into a knowledge base, allowing it to answer user queries based on the document.

4. Text Input:

   • Select the Text option.

   • Enter a source name, paste the text you want to use, and click Save.

   • The bot will transform the text into engaging dialogues, ready to respond to user queries.

Smart AI enables your bot to automatically gather relevant data from these sources, making it smarter and more effective at handling customer interactions.
