Personalizing broadcasts enables you to tailor messages for each recipient, increasing engagement and response rates. By adding personal details like names or specific interests, broadcasts feel more targeted and relevant to your audience.

Steps to Personalize Broadcasts Using Contact Variables in Wabo.ai-

You can personalize your broadcasts by adding contact-specific variables in the template. Here's how:

1. Go to the Template Module

   • Log in to Wabo.ai and navigate to the Template module.

2. Add Variables in the Body Message

   • In the Body Message section of your template, insert custom variables by using double curly brackets, like this: {{1}}, {{2}}, etc.
     
     

   • Each variable represents dynamic content, such as a contact’s name, email, or phone number.
     
     

3. Map Variables with Sample Data

   • Scroll to the Add Sample Data section and map the variables in your template to the corresponding contact details (e.g., {{1}} for First Name).
     
     

   • This ensures the right information is inserted into each message during the broadcast.

4.  Use the Template in Broadcasts

Once the template is set up, use it in your broadcast. The variables will automatically populate with each recipient’s specific information, personalizing the message.
