What is a Broadcast?

A broadcast in Wabo.ai is a way to send a bulk message to a selected list of contacts through WhatsApp. It allows you to reach a large audience with personalized messaging, using pre-defined templates. Broadcasts are ideal for marketing campaigns, promotions, or sending updates to your subscribers.

How to Set Up a New Broadcast Campaign in Wabo.ai?

Steps to Set Up a New Broadcast Campaign:

1. Go to the Broadcasting Module:

   • After logging in to Wabo.ai, navigate to the Broadcasting section from the main dashboard.

2. Click on 'Create Broadcast':

   • In the Broadcasting module, you will see a button labeled Create Broadcast at the top. Click on it to start a new broadcast campaign.

3. Enter Broadcast Details:

   • Enter Broadcast Name: Give your broadcast a name that will help you identify the campaign later.

   • Select a Template: Choose the message template you want to use for the broadcast from the list of available templates.

   • Preview the Template: Before proceeding, you can preview the template to ensure it appears as expected.

4. Continue with Contact Selection:

   • Once satisfied with the template, click on Continue.

   • Select the Marketing List: Choose the list of contacts to whom you want to broadcast the message. You can either select an existing marketing list or create a new one if needed.

5. Review the Broadcast Cost:

   • After selecting the contact list, you will be shown the cost of the broadcast based on the number of recipients and other factors. Review this cost carefully.

6. Confirm and Proceed:

   • If everything looks good, click on Confirm to finalize the setup.

7. Choose to Broadcast Now or Schedule for Later:

   • After confirming the details, you will have two options:

     • Broadcast Now: Immediately send the broadcast to your selected list.

     • Schedule for Later: If you want to send the broadcast at a later time, click on Schedule for Later.

       • Set Date and Time: Enter the desired date and time for the broadcast, then click Save.

This will successfully create your new broadcast.
