Send Media-Rich Content in a Broadcast

Sending media-rich content in a broadcast allows you to include images, videos, documents, or audio files in your WhatsApp messages. This enhances engagement, making your communications more dynamic and appealing to recipients.

Steps to Send Media-Rich Content (Images, Videos, etc.) in a Broadcast on Wabo.ai-

1. Go to the Template Module

   • On the left-hand side, navigate to the Template module.
     
     

2. Create or Edit a Template

   • Click on Create Template button on right side above.
     
     

3. Add Media to the Header

   • In the Header section of the template:
     
     

4. Choose Text, Image, Video, or Document as the header type.

   • Note: 

     1. You can write upto 60 characters in the header section in text header type.

     2. You can upload a image in jpg, jpeg or png format and size should be less than 5MB in the image header type. 

     3. The size of a video should be smaller than 16MB video header type. Wabo supports mp4 format.

     4. To upload document header type, the document should be in pdf format and the size of the document should be less than 100MB.

   • Upload the media file you want to include (for images, videos, or documents).

5. Complete the Template

   • Fill in the body message and other template fields as required.
     
     

6. Use the Template in a Broadcast

   • Once your template is set up, use it in a broadcast. The media will be included as part of your message, allowing you to send media-rich content.
