Search FAQs

This feature lets you quickly find specific frequently asked questions (FAQs) by typing keywords into a search bar. It helps users easily locate relevant information within the FAQ section, improving efficiency and user experience.

Steps to Search for FAQs in Wabo:

To quickly find a specific FAQ in Wabo, follow these steps:

1. Go to Bot Builder:

   • Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

2.  Go to Bot Knowledge Section:

   • In the Bot Builder, click on the Bot Knowledge section.

3. Click on FAQ:

   • Select the FAQ option to view your list of FAQs.

 

4.  Use the Search Icon:

   • Click on the Search Icon at the top of the FAQ section.

5.  Search Your Question:

   • Type your question or a keyword related to the FAQ you are looking for in the search bar, and the relevant FAQ will appear.

This helps you quickly locate specific FAQs without scrolling through the entire list.
