Auto-Suggestions in FAQs

When you add a new FAQ and click on the auto-generate option, it automatically creates variations of the question. This helps provide alternative phrasings or formats for better user understanding and coverage.

Steps to Enable Auto-Suggestions for FAQs in Wabo:

To enable auto-suggestions for your FAQs, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bot Builder:

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

  2. Go to Bot Knowledge Section:

    • Click on the Bot Knowledge section within the Bot Builder.

  3. Add an FAQ:

    • In the FAQ section, click on the Add FAQ button.

  1. Enter the Question:

    • Write the question for the FAQ that you want to add.

  2. Enable Auto-Generation:

    • Once the question is entered, the Auto-Generate button will become enabled.

    • Click on the Auto-Generate button, and it will automatically provide different variations for the question.

  3. Save the FAQ:

    • Review and adjust the generated variations if needed, then click Save to store the FAQ.

This feature helps in generating different versions of the question automatically, improving the bot's understanding of varied user inputs.
