Custom View of Contacts in Marketing List

Filtering contacts in a marketing list allows users to narrow down the displayed contacts based on specific criteria, such as demographics, engagement levels, or contact properties. This feature helps in segmenting the audience for targeted campaigns and improving overall marketing effectiveness.

Steps to Create Custom View of Contacts in Marketing List in Wabo-

To filter and display specific contact properties in a marketing list, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Marketing List:

   • On the left-hand side, go to the Contact Module and select Marketing List.

2. Select a Specific Marketing List:

   • Choose the marketing list you want to work with.

3. Open the Custom View Option:

   • Click on the Column icon beside the Export Records button.

4. Select Contact Properties:

   • Choose the contact properties you want to display.

   • You can drag and reorder the properties as needed.

5. Save View:

   • Once you’ve selected the desired properties, click Save.

   • Your marketing list will now display the contacts with the selected properties.

This allows you to customize your view and see the information relevant to your needs.
