View Previous Conversations and Contact details of a Chat

Wabo provides an easy way to access a customer's contact details and previous conversation history, enabling agents to get more context for better communication. Follow these steps to view these details within a chat.

Steps to View Previous Conversations and Contact Details:

  1. Go to the Inbox Module

    • Navigate to the Inbox section of your Wabo dashboard.
  2. Select a Chat

    • Click on the specific chat you want to review.
  3. Open the Chat Screen

    • Once you select a chat, the conversation window will open.
  4. Click on Contact Details or Previous Conversation Icon

    • Beside the chat window, you will find two icons:
      • Contact Details: Click this icon to view the customer's information.
      • Previous Conversations: Click this icon to access the logs of all previous chats with this customer.
  5. View Contact Details

    • In the Contact Details section, you can see the customer's:
      • Name
      • Email
      • Phone Number
      • Location
  6. View Previous Conversations

    • In the Previous Conversations section, you'll be able to see:
      • Logs of previous interactions
      • To view the content of previous chats, click on a specific log of previous interactions.

By viewing previous conversations and contact details, you can gain valuable context on the customer's history and needs, ensuring more personalized and effective communication.
