Search for a specific conversation in the Inbox

Searching for a specific conversation in the Wabo Inbox allows you to quickly locate chats based on keywords or customer details, making it easy to manage multiple conversations. 

Steps to Search for a Specific Conversation:

1. Go to the Inbox Module

   • Open the Inbox module from the main menu.

2. Click on the Search Icon

   • At the top of the chat list, click on the Search icon.

3. Enter Your Search Query

   • In the search bar, type a keyword, customer name, or any detail related to the conversation you're looking for.

4. View Search Results

   • The search results will automatically filter the chat list, displaying conversations that match your query.

This search function allows you to quickly find specific conversations, saving time and helping you manage chats more efficiently.
