Steps to Use Web Analytics Information for Contacts in Wabo-

  • Navigate to the Contact Module:
    • On the left-hand side, go to the Contact Module and select Contact.

  • Select a Contact:
    • Click on the contact whose communication stats you want to view.

  • View Web Analytics Information:
    • You will be directed to the contact's full details. Select web analytics information section below. 

  • Personalize Engagement:
    • Tailor your outreach based on their activity, providing relevant content or follow-ups depending on their interests and engagement.

  • Optimize Marketing Efforts:
    • Utilize the insights to prioritize leads, refine campaigns, or segment contacts for more targeted marketing actions.
