Use Media (Images, Videos, etc.) in Bot Responses
You can enhance bot interactions by adding media like images, videos, and files to responses. This helps in providing more engaging and informative replies to users, improving overall communication.
Steps to Use Media (Images, Videos, etc.) in Bot Responses in Wabo-
To include media like images, videos, or documents in bot responses, follow these steps:

Go to Bot Builder:

On the left-hand side, Navigate to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

Access Flow Builder:

In the Bot Builder, go to the Flow Builder section to create or edit a bot flow.

Add a Node with Media:

When adding a node, choose Interactive Message or WhatsApp Flow.

Select Media in the Header Section:

In the Header section of the Interactive Message or WhatsApp Flow:

Select the type of media you want to include: Text, Image, Video, or Document.

- The supported formats to upload Image header section are jpg, jpeg, and png. The image size must be smaller than 5MB.
- The supported format to upload Video header section is mp4. The video size must be smaller than 16MB.
- The supported formats to upload Document header section are - pdf. The document size must be smaller than 100MB.

Upload the media file (e.g., image or video) that will be displayed with the message.
