Set the Callout Position

You can determine where the bot's callout or widget appears on your website or app, such as in the bottom right or left corner. This helps ensure the bot is positioned conveniently for users, improving accessibility and engagement.

Steps to Set the Callout Position for the Bot in Wabo:

To configure the callout position and appearance for your bot, follow these steps:

1. Go to Bot Builder:

   • Navigate to the Bot Builder in Wabo.

2. Select the Configure Section:

   • In the Bot Builder, go to the Configure section.

3. Customize the Callout:

   • In the Customize section, select the callout button.

4. Set the Callout Position:

   • Bot PopUp Position: Choose the position of the bot's pop-up—either on the side or the top.
     
     

   • Add PopUp Text: Enter the text that will appear in the callout pop-up.
     
     

   • Upload an Image: Optionally, upload an image to display in the callout.

5. Save Settings:

   • After configuring the position and appearance, click Save to apply your changes.
     
     

This will control how the bot's callout appears on your website or platform.
