Customize the Look of the Bot

What is Bot Builder? 

The Bot Builder module is a tool that enables users to create, design, and manage automated chatbots for customer interactions. It offers customization options like defining conversation flows, setting up automated responses, and integrating user inputs with various actions. This module allows for personalized bot configurations to improve customer engagement and streamline support processes.

Now, Customizing the look of the bot enhances brand identity, making interactions more engaging and visually appealing. A well-designed bot interface can improve user experience and retention.

Steps to Customize the Look of the Bot in Wabo-

To customize the appearance of your bot, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bot Builder:

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder in Wabo.

  2. Select the Configure Section:

    • In the Bot Builder, go to the Configure tab.

  3. Go to Customize Section:

    • In the Configure tab, locate the Customize section, where you can personalize various aspects of the bot.

  4. Customize the Following:
    • Upload Company Logo: Add your brand’s logo to the bot interface.

    • Set Bot Name: Choose a name for your bot that users will see.

    • Set Bot Button Type: Customize the button design for the bot.

    • Set Primary Color: Pick the primary color that matches your brand identity.

    • Add Welcome Message: Write a greeting message that users see when they first interact with the bot.

    • Add Sub-Header Text: Include additional text under the welcome message.

    • Add Pre-Filled Message: Insert a default message that appears in the text input box when users interact with the bot.

    • Add Call to Action Button Text: Customize the text for the button that prompts users to take action.

    • Set WhatsApp Number: Add your WhatsApp number if needed.

    • Set Desktop Widget Position: Choose where the bot widget will appear on the desktop.

    • Set Mobile Widget Position: Customize where the widget will appear on mobile devices.

  5. Save Settings:
    • After making all the desired customizations, click Save to apply the changes.

These customization options allow you to tailor the look and feel of your bot to match your brand and provide a seamless user experience.
