Remove Contacts from a Broadcast List

Removing contacts from a broadcast list allows you to manage your audience effectively. This feature ensures that your messages reach the right recipients, improving engagement and relevance while maintaining an updated contact list.

Steps to Remove Contacts from a Broadcast List in Wabo.ai-

You can easily add or remove contacts when setting up a broadcast in Wabo.ai. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Broadcasting Module

   • On the left-hand side, go to the Broadcasting Module.

2. Create a New Broadcast

   • Click Create Broadcast button, enter a broadcast name, and select a template.

3. Select a Marketing List

   •  Choose your Marketing List for the broadcast.

4. Remove Contacts

   • You’ll see a checkbox next to each contact in the list.

• • •  To Remove Contacts: Unselect the checkbox next to contacts you don't want to include.
    •  To Segment Contacts: Use the Filter option to segment the list based on specific conditions.

4.  Proceed with the Broadcast

   • Once you've finalized the contact list, proceed to send or schedule the broadcast.
