Create a New Flow

This refers to designing a sequence of automated steps and actions in the bot, using the Flow Builder. It helps structure how the bot interacts with users by defining the path of conversation, responses, and decision points. It's used to automate responses, manage user queries, and improve interaction efficiency. 

Steps to Create a New Flow in Flow Builder:

1. Access Flow Builder-

   • Go to the Bot Builder module in Wabo.

   • Select the Flow Builder section.

2. Create a New Flow:

   • Click on New Flow to start creating a new flow.

3.  Name the Flow:

   • Enter a name for your new flow to identify its purpose.

4. Add Nodes to the Flow:

   • Design your flow by adding nodes for actions such as sending messages, gathering responses, or making decisions.

5. Customize the Flow:

   •  Configure each node with conditions, actions, and decision points to guide users through the interaction.

6. Auto-Save Feature:

   • The flow is automatically saved as you work, so no manual saving is needed.

This allows you to build and customize interactive experiences efficiently.
