Follow these guidelines to Choose the Right Category for a WhatsApp Template:

  1. Go to the Template Module

    • Navigate to the Template module and click on Create Template.

    • Fill the the required details.

  2. Select the Template Category

    • While selecting template category, you will see two main categories:

      • Marketing: Use this category for promotional or sales-related messages, such as discounts, offers, or product announcements.

      • Utility: Choose this category for non-promotional messages, such as alerts, reminders, order confirmations, and updates related to services.

  3. Match the Category to the Message Purpose

    • If your message aims to promote or advertise a product or service, select the Marketing category.
