Assign Chat Labels

Labels in Wabo help organize and categorize chat conversations for easy management. You can assign labels to chats, making it simpler to track and filter conversations based on topics, priorities, or statuses.

Steps to Add Labels to a Chat Conversation:

  1. Go to the Inbox Module

    • Navigate to the Inbox section of your Wabo dashboard.
  2. Select a Specific Chat

    • Choose the chat conversation you want to label.
  3. Click on the 3-Dot Icon

    • In the chat window, click on the 3-dot icon located next to the chat options.
  4. Select 'Assign Label'

    • From the dropdown menu, click on Assign Label.
  5. Choose a Label

    • A list of available labels will appear. Select the label you want to assign to the chat.
  6. Label Assigned

    • Once selected, the label will be assigned to the conversation, helping to organize it under the specified category.

Using labels improves your ability to manage conversations, prioritize chats, and streamline your workflow by grouping similar conversations together.
