Assign Bulk Labels to Chats

Wabo allows you to organize chats efficiently by assigning labels. You can change or add labels to multiple chats at once, saving time and ensuring conversations are properly categorized. 

Steps to Change Bulk Labels in Chats:

  1. Go to the Inbox Module

    • Navigate to the Inbox section of your Wabo dashboard.
  2. Select Chats

    • To assign labels to multiple chats, start by selecting the chats.
    • Click the checkbox next to each chat you want to label.
    • If you want to select all chats at once, click the Select All checkbox at the top of the chat list.
  3. Click the Label Icon

    • Once your chats are selected, look for the Label icon (at the top of the chat list) and click on it.
  4. Choose a Label

    • A dropdown menu will appear with the list of available labels.
    • Select the label you want to apply to the selected chats.
  5. Apply the Label

    • After selecting the label, confirm the action, and the label will be applied to all selected chats.


This feature is useful for managing high volumes of conversations, helping you to quickly group chats based on categories like priority, status, or department.
