Add Labels

Labels help categorize and organize contacts based on specific attributes, making it easier to segment and manage them.

Steps to add labels in Wabo.ai-

1. Access Settings

• Click on your Profile Name located at the top right corner of the screen.

• Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to Chat Settings

• In the Settings menu, go to the Chat Settings section.

3. Select Labels Option

• Click on the Labels option within the Chat Settings section.

4. Add New Label

• Click on the Add Label button located on the right side above the labels list.

5. Configure the Label

• Label Name: Enter the desired name for your label.

• Set Label Color: Choose a color for the label.

• Label Description: Write a brief description for the label (if applicable).

6. Save Changes

• After filling in the required information, click the Save button to create the label.
