Reassign conversations to another agent
You can reassign conversations to another agent by selecting the chat, choosing the reassign option, and picking the desired agent. This ensures that the right agent handles the conversation efficiently.
Steps to reassign conversations to another agent-
To manually reassign a conversation to another agent in Wabo's Inbox module, follow these steps:

Open the Inbox Module:

Navigate to the Inbox Module in your Wabo dashboard.

Select the Conversation:

Locate and click on the conversation you wish to reassign.

Assign to Another Agent:

In the chat window, click on the "Assign to" button located at the top.

From the dropdown list, select the agent to whom you want to assign the conversation.

The selected agent will receive new assignment, ensuring a seamless transition of the conversation.
