Exporting Segments

This allows you to download contacts that meet specific criteria from a segment. For example, you can export contacts from "New York" who subscribed last month. It's useful for creating targeted reports or running specific campaigns. 

Steps to export segments-

1. Navigate to the Contact Module:

• On the left-hand side, go to the Contact Module and select Segment.

2. Select the Segment:

• Navigate to the specific segment you want to export.

3. Export the Segment:

• Click on the Export option at the top of the segment page.

4. Check Export Progress:

• A pop-up will appear indicating that the export is in progress.
• Click on Continue to Export History to monitor the progress.

5. Download the segment list

• Click on the Download icon on the right side to download your segment list.

Once the export is complete, the segment will be available for download.
